My name is Michael Baclawski and I am one of the Welness/ Fitness teachers here at Catasaqua High School. Helping kids to realize their potential and to teach them how to be the best version of themselves and how to maximize their bodies and their minds is a true passion of mine. Along with my professional related passions, I am also passionate about my FAMILY! I have been HAPPILY married to my wife Meghan, since December 11, 2011. We have brought to the world THREE beautiful girls, Elizabella, Elena Mae, and Evalina. I am a PROUD graduate of The Pennsylvania State University class of 2004, which means I am into EVERYTHING Penn State, whether its Football, Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball, or ACADEMICS and where we rank natinally and internationally in terms of education. I am also very passionate about all forms of sport, fitness, and many outdoor recreational activities including Mountain Biking, Snowboarding, Disc Golf, Hiking, and Trail Running, to name a few. I look forward to not only being active with you, but sharing with you my passion and knowledge regarding all things related to Wellness and Fitness.

Physical Activity vs Exercise: Whats the Difference?
WORDLE!
Today you will create a WORDLE by going to www.wordle.net. Once there you will click on CREATE, and you are ready to start your WORDLE. Your WORDLE must include 25 benefits of regular exercise and/ or participation in physical activity. For any item that has more than one word. you will have to separate the word with a (~) if you want the phrase to be kept together, which you will want to do. Any radically nappropriate items, or items which encourage risky behaviors or violence will lead to a loss in points. When you are complete, you will take a screen shot of your Wordle (Command, Shift, 4 at the same time, then move the cross hairs to the corners of your WORDLE. You will then send it as an attachment through a Gaggle Email to me, Mr Baclawski.

They must be similar! For example, 2 fitness trackers, 2 heart rate monitors, 2 fitness apps, 2 treadmills. You would NOT compare a running shoe to a stationary bike. Each review must include a picture, a price, a full product description (describe what the product is and what it does, how does it work, all of the features, all of the benefits, all of the negatives, and any other information about the product. Also please include two user reviews (one positive and one negative). Being active and staying healthy throughout my lifetime is something that I am SUPER passionate about. Sharing that passion for living an active lifestyle is one of the reasons that I chose to be a health and physical education teacher.
