    • High School Principal - Effective July 1, 2023

    The Catasauqua Area School District is searching for a candidate who will provide valuable and effective leadership, shape a vision of academic success for all Catasauqua high school students, and create and foster a healthy school environment.  This is an Act 93 administrative position requiring a Principal PK-12 certificate.  It offers Medical and Dental Insurance, Vision Reimbursement, Tuition Reimbursement, Personal and Sick time.

    • Substitute Spanish Teacher- Catasauqua High School - Effective 23-24 School Year

    Spanish Certification is Required - The Catasauqua High School is looking for a Substitute  to teach Spanish I and a Freshman Focus class starting August 20, 2023 through November 20, 2023.

    III.  Bus and Van Drivers - Van and Bus drivers needed- Starting pay is $21.88 per hour.  Will train to get CDL to drive a bus if interested.     Substitute Teachers/Nurse Subs- Please click on CASD Employment Packet link on the left for required employment paperwork.  Nurse paperwork also requires a copy of your valid Pennsylvania Nursing License. EOE Compensation is as follows:

    1 Day to 20 Days $100/Day
    21 Days to 45 Days $110/Day
    46 Days and Over $130/Day

    Guest Teacher Substitute Program IU#21 - Individuals who possess any Bachelor's degree and are interested in becoming a Substitute Teacher may enroll in the Guest Teacher Program sponsored by Carbon Lehigh Intermediate Unit #21. Click Here for Details 

    Substitute Van and Bus Driver - Starting salary is $21.88/hour.  Van drivers must possess valid PA driver's license.  Bus drivers must possess CDL and P, S, Airbrake endorsement.  Apply in person at our Transportation Office, 850 Pine Street, Catasauqua.     Substitute Food Service Employee – Smiling faces wanted!  Help feed school-aged children in a pleasant setting.  Excellent flexibility in schedule and weekdays, daytime hours.  Position can often lead to daily positions.  Great job for parents of young children.  Put them on the bus, go to work, and then be home in time to meet them in the afternoon.  If flexibility appeals to you, join us!  If interested, please visit the CASD Administration Office at 201 N. 14th St., Catasauqua.  Go to the front desk and ask for an application packet to work as a cafeteria substitute.  Clearances Required.  EOE
