The School Nurse and Health Room Assistant are available in the School Nurse's Offices during school hours. 

Students may visit the school nurse with a pass from their teachers if they become ill or are injured during the school day. 

If a student needs to be sent home during the school day, the nurse or health room assistant will contact the parents or guardians of the student to arrange for them or their designees to pick up their ill or injured child. 

Students who are sent home by the school nurse will be required to present an excuse to the office for their absence from school.

Students will be requested to report to the School Nurse's Office for screenings that are mandated in the School Health Act of Pennsylvania.  These screenings include growth, vision, hearing, scoliosis, physical and dental examinations.  Please click on related links for more information.
