Dental examinations are required for students entering kindergarten or 1st grade, 3rd grade and 7th grade.
Students may have this examination done by their private dentist and then return the form to the school nurse's office.
The Mobile Dentists will be doing the dental examinations for students requesting this service. The Mobile Dentists will do dental examinations and cleanings as well as x-rays and flouride treatments for those who qualify. They will bill your insurance carrier or help you receive grants for these services.
