    For those employees eligible (submitted an Intent to Take Graduate Courses) and are seeking approval and reimbursement for graduate level coursework, please follow the procedure below:

    • Please complete the course request form at least two weeks prior to the course start date to allow enough time for the review/approval process.
        • If using the PDF version - Please forward it as an email attachment to the Superintendent's office via Lisa Tkach, tkachl@cattysd.org
        • If using the Google Form version, simply complete the form and click submit.
    • Upon approval, you will receive a fully executed copy from Mindy Redline, the Human Resources Specialist.
    • After completing the course, please forward your transcripts (grades), itemized receipt, and proof of payment to Mindy for course reimbursement.

    *NOTE: An Intent to Take Courses notification must be submitted annually before April 1st to be eligible for reimbursement for courses taken in the following school year. For new hires, this requirement is waived for the first year.

    If you are unable to electronically sign your PDF version request, you can omit the signature and just complete the pertinent course information and electronically email the request to Lisa Tkach.
