• Student troubleshooting techniques with SAVVAS Realize (Math & ELA)

    • Check to see if your iPad is running the latest iOS (Settings-General-Software Update) as of 9/17/2020 iOS 14

    • Important - SAVVAS Realize uses lots of pop up windows - Check the Safari Settings

      Make sure the Block Pop Ups setting is turned off (grayed out)
      Click on Clear History and Website Data
    • Launch Safari and enter classroom.google.com
      (if a pop up appears, they need to select a browser, select Safari - always select Safari)

     Students should NOT use Clever to access Pearson Realize or the Google Classroom App.
