Nonprofit Flyer Request Form Process:
The Catasauqua Area School District does not endorse or recommend any program or event. The flyer or announcements must come from nonprofit organizations which are both compatible with the objectives of the School District and have social, recreational or educational value to the students. They must also be approved by the Superintendent or designee.
- Please ensure that your request for distributing a flyer reaches the Superintendent's Office at least two weeks prior to the event to avoid any issues related to meeting distribution deadlines. This is required to be done conveniently using our district's online Flyer Distribution Request Form.
- For a flyer to be eligible for distribution to students, the organization must possess official non-profit status documentation, such as a 501c(3). A copy of this documentation must be provided upon request by the District.
- Upon approval of your flyer, you will receive a confirmation email validating the approval of your request. Furthermore, the respective building secretaries will also be included in this confirmation email to ensure they are informed about the approval of your flyer distribution request.
- Once approved, you may directly contact the respective building secretaries for any inquiries regarding student enrollment if you intend to provide paper flyers. It is the responsibility of the nonprofit organization to print and deliver these paper copies to the individual schools included in your request.
- Your flyer must contain the following disclaimer: "The Catasauqua Area School District does not endorse and is not responsible for any business, service, or event advertised in this flyer."
- In the event that your request is denied, you will receive an email explaining the reason for the denial.
