As per Commonwealth of PA Law - Act 82 Article XVI-C, no later than November 1st of each year, a school entity shall make available a hard copy of the completed Interscholastic Athletic Opportunities Disclosure Form for public inspection during regular business hours, including on any publicly accessible website of the school entity.
Please be advised that a hard copy of the aforementioned document is available in the Administrative Offices weekdays from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM unless school is closed due to a holiday, inclement weather, or some other uncontrollable circumstance.
Further be advised that a copy both the High School Interscholastic Athletic Opportunities Disclosure Form and the Middle School Interscholastic Athletic Opportunities Disclosure Form can be found at the bottom of this page.
