Act 55 Information
On July 8, 2022, Governor Tom Wolf signed Act 55 of 2022 (Act 55) into law. If your child has a disability and has turned 21 this school year or prior to the start of the 2022-2023 school, he or she is eligible to attend school for the 2022-2023 school year. Please visit Act 55 of 2022 for more information. Completed forms Act 55 of 2022 Student Enrollment Notification Form for the 2022-23 School Year must be submitted, via email, to Mrs. Shelley Keffer, Coordinator of Student Services by August 1, 2022 at keffers@cattysd.org.
